COVID-19 / CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

We are now accepting walk-ins from 10am-4pm Monday-Friday. Our pre-booked appointments are still our priority which you can book by going through the "Contact us" page at the top. We will try our best to complete all repairs within a reasonable time. We are currently looking at roughly a day or two turn around time.

We politely ask that you respect social distancing. If you do see someone in the store, please give them a few minutes to finish up before entering. Thank you for your co-operation during this time. 

CORONAVIRUS / COVID-19 NOTICE

How is it affecting us?

At Ancaster Computer Products we've taken the following precautions to fight against COVID-19 until further notice:
-We've stopped all on-site service
-Our hours are now limited to Monday to Friday 10AM-3PM and closed on weekends
-Our staff is wearing nitrile gloves and we constantly wash our hands
-We disinfect all computers coming in to our store as well as when we're done the work
-We no longer offer "over the counter" support, all computers will need to be left with us to be cleaned first
-We are not accepting cash payments
-All of our constantly touched surfaces (door handles, debit/credit machine, counter tops, etc.) are wiped down with disinfectant wipes multiple times a day
