COVID-19 / Coronavirus update
March 25, 2020
We are currently in-store every day until Friday for appointments only. The door will be locked. In order to have your computer worked on, please call ahead at 905-648-0101. If you do not get a hold of anyone via phone, you can also contact us through our website on our "contact us" page. We will try our best to complete all repairs within a reasonable time. We are currently looking at a day or two turn around time. We are currently only accepting four (4) appointments per day at max.
Pickup and drop-off periods will be between 10:00AM and 12:00PM (noon) with a half hour window between each appointment. This gives us time to fully sanitize all surfaces including (but not limited to) any computers handled during our interaction, the counter tops, the door & door handles, as well as the credit/debit machines. We ask that you respect these appointments so we can ensure the safety of our staff and customers alike.
CORONAVIRUS / COVID-19 NOTICE
How is it affecting us?
At Ancaster Computer Products we've taken the following precautions to fight against COVID-19 until further notice:
-We've stopped all on-site service
-Our hours are now limited to Monday to Friday 10AM-4PM and closed on weekends
-Our staff is wearing nitrile gloves and we constantly wash our hands
-We disinfect all computers coming in to our store as well as when we're done the work
-We no longer offer "over the counter" support, all computers will need to be left with us to be cleaned first

We please ask that if you or someone you've come in contact with has travelled within the last three (3) weeks, to please stay home. If you are experiencing any symptoms, please stay home. You can contact us by clicking on the "contact us" tab at the top of the page.
